ASPECTUS is a camera kit product , which contains IVS module inside a box with lens. This product is targeted toward researchers & developers market.
IVS is able to output " Contour enhanced image", and together with "movement extracted image" , concurrently. Image pre-processing filter to apply to each image can be adjustable to an arbitrary size.
The physical size of IVS module is that of cigarette pack and weight of two boards consisted of IVS module is 60 grams.
Since IVS module provides two types of Interface, USB for ASPECTUS-U and LAN for ASPECTUS-L, ASPECTUS can be easily linked to PC or system according to users' needs. API of the attached proprietary software is disclosed so that users can develop their application software which extends the attached software in accordance with attached sample programs.
The characteristics of ASPECTUS of higher performance, smaller size and less power consumption, would be very attractive to researchers & developers of robot vision and surveillance system.
